職人による手工芸とアート、家具、ワードローブ、デザインに存在するある素材からあるモノへの「変遷の美」に焦点を当てます。

1845年、7月4日、27歳の作家ヘンリー・デイヴィット・ソローは、現代社会に対するかの有名な宣言を記すためウォールデン池へと引きこもりました。

それは生命を成す根源的な要素を称賛する著書で、19世紀への基本に立ち返るためのガイドであり、精神的な声明でした。

この理想と主義は、20世紀初期の建築とデザインの新しい哲学となるモダン・ムーブメントに多大な影響を与え、流動的な時代においてもその美学は今も変わらず私たちの生活に刺激をもたらし続けています。

On the fourth of July 1845 at the age of twenty-seven the author Henry David Thoreau retreated to Walden Pond to write his famous indictment of modern society, a work that chose to celebrate the fundamental ingredients of life. It was a ‘back to basic’ guide for the nineteenth century, a spiritual manifesto, which ideals and principles had a profound impact on the Modern Movement– new philosophy of architecture and design.

It’s aesthetic still continues to influence on our lives in a time of flux.
